Yes, the maximum order value (including delivery) for Zippay is AUD$1,000.
Your order total must not be greater than available funds in your Zippay wallet. You are not able to make an extra payment for the difference when finalising the order.

4. Do I need to register with Zippay prior to making my first Zippay purchase with Bed Bath N’ Table?

5. Do I need to fill out a credit application form to use Zippay?

You do not need to fill out a credit application form. Zippay will conduct a credit reference check on your behalf using personal details you have provided.

6. Does Zippay view my credit report?

When creating an account, Zippay may perform identity and/or credit checks to verify the customer and their ability to manage payments. These checks are carried out in accordance with the Privacy Acknowledgment which you agree to and which can be accessed at the time you start the Zippay application. Unfortunately, it is outside of Zippay’s control to delete checks from your credit file if your application was to be declined or after you close your account.

7. How long does it take for payment via Zippay to be approved?

Your payment should be approved instantly, providing there are no issues with your credit reference check.

8. When will my online order (paid for using Zippay) be sent to me?

When you pay for online orders using Zippay, your order will be processed and dispatched the same way as any other online order. For more information on processing times please visit our Delivery & Returns page. 

9. Can I split an order to pay some by Zippay and the rest by credit card or PayPal?

No, you cannot split your payment types. You can place separate orders – one to be paid for via Zippay, and the other to be paid for by credit card or PayPal.

Yes, you can exchange your online purchases made using Zippay in-store only. Any additional payment required must be paid in cash or credit card. If an exchange is for a lower priced item than the original Zippay purchase, a refund will be processed back to the Zippay account.

How it works

  1. Afterpay is fully integrated with the online checkout. All you need to do is to choose Afterpay as your payment option when you’re ready to buy.
  2. Quickly create your Afterpay account using your existing debit or credit card or log in to your existing Afterpay account, if you have one. Once your Afterpay account has been created, you can view your orders and make payments any time through the Afterpay website (afterpay.com.au).
  3. Receive instant approval. Afterpay will use your mobile phone number and a few personal details to create your account instantly.
  4. Enjoy your purchase straight away! Pay over 4 equal, fortnightly, payments. Your payment schedule will be emailed to you.
