Dressed in a removable cotton knit cover in an adorable owl design, the Owl heat pack will comfort both young and old.

Care Instructions
This product can cause burns. Avoid prolonged direct contact with the skin. Take care when removing from the microwave. Oven. Do not ingest contents. Do not over heat. For microwave use only. Inspect at regular intervals. Discard if found worn or damaged. Clean only in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. When not in use store the product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Allow to cool before disposing, if damage occurs when overheat. Disposal of in normal household waste if worn or damaged. Care instructions : cover : 100% cotton. Remove heat pillow prior to washing cover. Warm hand wash in mild detergent. Do not soak. Do not bleach. Do not wring. Dry flat in shade. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean (x). Pillow : 100% cotton casing. Do not wash. 100% silicon beads. Heating instructions: remove the cover from the heat pillow (do not heat cover). Place the heat pillow in the centre of the microwave. Do not heat for more than 2 minutes. After heating allow to stand for 30 seconds before use. Place the heat pillow back in the outer cover. Before re heating allow heat pack to cool to room temperature. Microwave heating times: rating 650-799 watts, maximum time 1 minute. Rating 800-999 watts, maximum time 45 seconds. Rating 1000 watts, maximum time 30 seconds. Only reheat from room temperature. This product complies with bs 8433 :2004. Date of manufacture : january 2014..

Delivery

We are pleased to offer FREE delivery for all purchases over $150. For all purchases under $150 a flat rate delivery fee of $15 per Order applies. We ship to eligible Australian postcodes only*.

All deliveries are made by Registered Australia Post and will require a signature.

Your Order will usually arrive within the following time frames:

  • 4-10 business days Australia wide for capital cities and suburbs, and most regional areas;
  • 10-14 business days for regional WA, QLD and NT.

Upon dispatch of your order you will receive an email containing the Australia Post Tracking ID to track the status of your delivery. Delivery to international addresses cannot be processed at this time.

Change of Mind

FREE In-Store Returns

Unused items purchased online can be returned free of charge to one of our many stores nationwide within 14 days of the date your delivery has been received. Our Rewards members enjoy extended returns of up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

Items must be in original condition and packaging. Presentation of Invoice is required to process a return. In-store returns are processed immediately.

Via Post

If there is no store near you, you can return your order via post. Items must be shipped to us within 14 days of the date your delivery has been received, be in an original condition and packaging and include original invoice.

To return via post simply affix the return label provided with your order, take it to the nearest post office and pay a postage fee. Please address your returns to:

Please note that change of mind returns via post are at the customer's cost. We recommend keeping proof of postage as we do not take responsibility for items lost in transit.

Faulty Items

On a rare occasion, a manufacturing fault may occur. In this instance, we will process either an exchange or a full refund including postage charges. The choice is yours! Contact us as soon as you discover a fault, advising the order number, the faulty item's name and number and a description of the fault.

You can return a faulty item in one of our many stores nationwide or via post. Please contact our Customer Services to request a pre-paid postage label.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

Please kindly note, once an order and payment has been processed the order cannot be changed or cancelled. We pack orders quickly, which means we can't make any changes once you've placed it.

You can return your order to us once you have received it.

EXCHANGE

You can exchange your online order free of charge in one of our many stores nationwide within 14 days of the date your delivery has been received, upon presentation of the invoice. We do not currently offer exchanges via post.
