- Browse online to find products
- Click “Find in Store” to confirm if products are available at your preferred store offering Call & Collect
- Add products to your shopping bag to help you remember the name and item code when ordering over the phone
- Call the store and speak with our friendly team. They will ensure that the products are available and guide you along the way
- For collection please call the store on arrival and confirm your purchase for contactless pickup
- Have your email receipt ready to confirm proof of purchase along with the credit card used to purchase the goods and photo id to confirm identity
- Third-party pickups will not be accepted

- Order to be paid in full over the phone to be able to process for collection. Payment on collection is not allowed
- Check lockdown restrictions in your local area and comply with any travel restrictions in place (Victoria, NSW & ACT).
- On collection, customers must provide the email receipt as proof of purchase, Photo ID (e.g. Driver’s License), as well as the credit card used in purchase to match the customer associated with the sale. Third-Party pickups will not be accepted.
