100% Australian Pure New Wool Filling
A natural resource, wool provides warmth without bulk. An inherently biodegradable and renewable resource, our wool is lovingly cultivated by Australian farmers and grown year-round. Our wool is carded to maximise the insulation properties of wool and repel cool outside air whilst remaining naturally breathable.
7 TOG Warmth Rating
Our All Seasons Wool Quilt includes both a 4 TOG warmth rating quilt and a 7.5 TOG warmth rating quilt. TOG ratings are an international standard that determine the thermal insulation of a quilt's filling; the higher the TOG rating, the warmer the quilt.
Flexibility to combine or separate two quilts:
The Cotton House All Seasons Wool Quilt package includes two quilts with combination ties. Simply combine two quilts to increase the warmth of the quilt. The lightweight 4 TOG quilt is perfect for Summer and the 7.5 TOG quilt is ideal for the Spring and Autumn seasons. By combining both quilts together using the combination tie system, you'll have a delightfully warm 11.5 TOG quilt which is perfect for staying warm and cosy during Winter. The versatility of this system means you can simply combine or separate the quilts as the seasons change. A handy storage bag is also included in the box.
Cotton Percale Casing
This quilt has a cotton percale casing stitched through the padding. The casing provides a light, breathable cover to assist in ventilation.
Thermo-regulating and Trans-seasonal
Wool has the natural ability of creating a microclimate which helps to regulate body temperature and reduce hot spots to assist in a well-ventilated bed. It keeps your body from getting too hot or too cold through the night to help you have a well-rested, full night's sleep. This makes it a great choice if you need the quilt to suit two different individuals' warmth needs. Our wool quilt is suitable for year-round use, keeping you warm in winter and cool in summer.
Hypo-allergenic
For asthma and allergy sufferers, wool is naturally hypoallergenic. The fibre is inherently resistant to dust mites and is unlikely to cause an allergic reaction.

For all purchases under $150 a flat rate delivery fee of $9.95 per order applies.

RETURNS
Change of Mind-FREE In-Store Returns
Unused items purchased online can be returned free of charge to one of our many stores nationwide within 14 days of the delivery date, 30 days if you are a Rewards member. Alternatively, you can also return goods via post at your own expense. Items must be in original condition and packaging, you will need to provide a copy of your invoice to process your return.
Please note, delays are expected during peak period, however, we can assure you our team are working as quickly as possible to process your online return.
During this period, we would recommend visiting your local store for a faster return processing time at no additional cost.

Via Post
If there is no store near you, you can return your order via post. Items must be shipped to us within 14 days of the date your delivery has been received, be in original condition and packaging and include the original invoice.
To return via post simply affix the return label provided with your order, take it to the nearest post office and pay a postage fee. Please address your returns to:

Please note that change of mind returns via post are at the customer's cost. We recommend keeping proof of postage as we do not take responsibility for items lost in transit.
FAULTY ITEMS
On the rare occasion a manufacturing fault may occur. In this instance, we will be happy to process a full refund for the item including the postage charges. Contact us as soon as you discover a fault, advising the order number, the faulty item’s name and description of the fault (please include images if you are able). Please contact our customer service to requests a prepaid label.
However, you may return or exchange a faulty item in one of our many stores nationwide.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
Please kindly note, once an order and payment has been processed the order cannot be changed or cancelled. We pack orders quickly, which means we can't make any changes once you've placed them.
You can return your order to us once you have received it.
RETURN TO SENDER
If for any reason your order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us via post. Once received by us, a refund will be processed via your original payment method. Please note we are unable to facilitate resending of returned orders at this time.
EXCHANGE
You can exchange your online order free of charge in one of our many stores nationwide within 14 days of the date your delivery has been received, upon presentation of the invoice. We do not currently offer exchanges via post.
