CARE INSTRUCTIONS
QUILT COVERS, PILLOWCASES
Wash prior to first use. Turn inside out prior to washing. Launder whites, prints and colours separately. Cold hand or machine wash on gentle cycle (30c). Do not bleach. Do not rub, soak or wring. Reduce spin. Do not tumble dry. Line dry in shade. Cool iron on reverse if desired. Do not dry clean (x). Products containing bleach can damage this product.

We are pleased to offer free delivery for all online purchases over $150.
For all online purchases under $150 a flat rate delivery fee of $9.95 per order applies.
Shipping fees paid at time of purchase are non-refundable.
As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from us with all the information you need to track your order all the way to your door.

Returns
Unused items purchased online can be returned to any one of our stores nationwide within 14 days of the date your delivery has been received.
Our Rewards members enjoy extended returns of up to 30 days from the date of delivery. To learn more about our Rewards program, click here.
Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition and in original packaging. Presentation of your Tax Invoice email is required to process a return.

If there is no store near you, you can return your online order via post.
Items must be shipped to us in original condition (unused, unwashed, including all original tags and packaging) and within our returns period from the date of delivery.

Please note that change of mind returns via post are at the customer's cost. We recommend keeping proof of postage as we do not take responsibility for items lost in transit.
We aim to process all returns within 3-4 business days of receiving your items, unless otherwise stated. Your refund will be paid to your original payment method (please allow a further 1-3 business days for funds to be returned to you, depending on your bank or financial institution.)

Order Changes or Cancellation
Once an order has been completed in checkout, the order cannot be added to, changed, or cancelled.
We process & pack orders quickly, which means unfortunately we cannot make any changes once you have placed your order.
You can always return your order to us once received, within the terms of our returns policy.
