Acknowledgement and acceptance of Gift Card Terms and Conditions

  1. The website http://www.bedbathntable.com.au/ (Website) is owned and operated by Bed Bath N Table Pty Ltd (ACN 005 216 866) (BBNT), which operates on behalf and is ultimately owned by The Dempsey Group Pty Ltd (ACN 004 722 936).
  2. "Gift Card" or "Gift Cards" may refer to physical gift cards, electronic gift cards (E-Gift Cards), or both, unless specifically stated.
  3. These Terms and Conditions are specific to Gift Cards and are used inconjunction with the full Terms and Conditions of the website available from https://www.bedbathntable.com.au/terms/.
  4. BBNT reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions from time to time in its sole discretion and, by using the Website at any time, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the current Terms and Conditions in use.
  5. By continuing to purchase a gift card, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the current Terms and Conditions set out in this document.

  • Gift Card sales are final and may not be exchanged (wholly or partly) for cash.
  • Gift Cards will not be replaced or honoured if damaged, lost, stolen or the subject of fraudulent presentation.
  • Gift Cards are not refundable for change of mind.
  • It is your responsibility to check the delivery email address provided is correct. BBNT cannot be held responsible if a gift card is used by someone else or if the gift card is lost, stolen or deleted.
  • When an E-Gift Card has been purchased on our website, it can take up to 1 hour for the voucher to be sent to the recipient. If there is a delay BBNT cannot be held responsible. We cannot take responsibility if a gift voucher cannot be delivered to the recipient’s email address because of spam filters, firewalls, or any other factors outside of our control.
  • Gift Cards can be redeemed for merchandise and/or services only at BBNT stores in the country of issue (for example Gift Cards purchased in Australia can only be used in Australian BBNT stores).
  • Gift Cards are valid for 36 months from the date of issue. The validity date cannot be extended.
  • Any unused Gift Card balance will not be refunded or credited upon expiry.
  • Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
  • Afterpay and Promotional Coupon Codes cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards.
  • If the value of your purchase is less than the value of the Gift Card, any unused balance will remain on the Gift Card and can be redeemed when you next make a purchase. The remaining balance cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • If your purchase exceeds the value of the Gift Card, you can pay the remaining balance using another Gift Card or a different payment method.
  • If you return, part return, or cancel an order where a Gift Card was used as payment, the refund will be issued in the same way as the purchase was made. (For example, a $20 Gift Card and $20 cash would be returned in the same way).
  • Should BBNT suspect any fraud relating to a Gift Card, BBNT may refuse to redeem the Gift Card until BBNT is satisfied that no fraud has occurred.
