CH WOOL Underblanket - Cream
The Cotton House Wool Underblanket will help you sleep comfortably all year round; providing insulation to keep your warm in winter and cool in summer.
Fully reversible, the underblanket is constructed using a silver knit tufted woollen pile on one side, and a cotton percale casing on the reverse. The inner padding of the underblanket is filled with natural wool, which has been teased and shaped into a soft filling, making it supremely comfortable to sleep on.
The natural properties of wool make it a superior insulator, which keeps you warm when it's cold and cool when it's hot.
On the woollen side, the softness of the silver knit tufted pile allows air to circulate between your body and the mattress while reducing pressure points by distributing your body weight evenly, resulting in a comfortable and restful sleep during winter.
On the cotton reverse, the wool's natural breathability is enhanced by the cool, cotton percale casing, leaving you comfortable and refreshed during summer without compromising on the soft padding provided by the woollen inner.
The fully fitted, elasticised skirt holds the underblanket securely onto the mattress.

This product may be machine washed however due to its size we recommend professional laundering in a large capacity machine. Warm machine wash (40c). Do not bleach. Rinse well. Warm iron if required. Do not dry clean (x). Fluff and air frequently.

Most orders received (outside special sales events) are dispatched from our warehouse on the next business day.
Our carrier, Australia Post provides a delivery estimate of:
- 2-7 business days Australia wide for capital cities and surrounding suburbs;
- 3-14 business days for regional areas WA, QLD and NT.
Upon dispatch of your order you will receive an email containing the Australia Post Tracking ID to track the status of your delivery via the Australia Post link https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search.
All deliveries are made by Registered Post and require a signature upon delivery. You can elect at the checkout to authorise your Order to be left at the shipping address without requiring a signature.

Change of Mind
FREE In-Store Returns
Unused items purchased online can be returned free of charge to one of our many stores nationwide within 14 days of the date your delivery has been received. Our Rewards members enjoy extended returns of up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
Items must be in original condition and packaging. Presentation of Invoice is required to process a return. In-store returns are processed immediately.

If there is no store near you, you can return your order via post. Items must be shipped to us within 14 days of the date your delivery has been received, be in an original condition and packaging and include original invoice.
To return via post simply affix the return label provided with your order, take it to the nearest post office and pay a postage fee. Please address your returns to:

Please note that change of mind returns via post are at the customer's cost. We recommend keeping proof of postage as we do not take responsibility for items lost in transit.
On a rare occasion, a manufacturing fault may occur. In this instance, we will process either an exchange or a full refund including postage charges. The choice is yours! Contact us as soon as you discover a fault, advising the order number, the faulty item's name and number and a description of the fault.
You can return a faulty item in one of our many stores nationwide or via post. Please contact our Customer Services to request a pre-paid postage label.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
Please kindly note, once an order and payment has been processed the order cannot be changed or cancelled. We pack orders quickly, which means we can't make any changes once you've placed it.
You can return your order to us once you have received it.
You can exchange your online order free of charge in one of our many stores nationwide within 14 days of the date your delivery has been received, upon presentation of the invoice. We do not currently offer exchanges via post.
