More sunshine. More flowers. More crisp, fresh air.
We absolutely love spring. There’s a tangible shift in the air that puts a spring in your step and sparks a new sense of energy. From the bedroom and bathroom through to the dining table, give your home that fresh spring feel with beautiful and effortless updates.
One of our favourite ways to embrace the return of the sunshine is hosting a beautiful dinner party with friends. To demonstrate two ways to set a table for spring, @locallovely and @rhiannonsmyth have created their own stunning table settings using napery, dinnerware, and table decorations from our seasonal and core collections.
Fresh Florals and Soft Pastels
To celebrate the turning of the seasons, @rhiannonsmyth has introduced fragrant blooms and warm, blushing shades to her table to create a look that is soft and sweet.
Rhiannon’s stunning marble tabletop creates the perfect backdrop for our flora dining set, with flecks of grey-blue marble tying together beautifully with the soft watercolour tones of this gorgeous dining range. To soften and add a feeling of warmth to her tablescape, our Baltimore Napkins in brick and blue have been neatly tied and decoratively placed on each side plate. This not only brings an element of texture to the table, but also draws out colours from the flora dining set to establish a sense of harmony and cohesion. This interplay of colour is continued with pink-tinted wine glasses, tall swirling candles, and of course, a stunning flower centrepiece for that essential touch of spring.
Warm and Welcoming Neutrals
Letting the sunshine in, @locallovely has created a spring table setting that feels effortlessly relaxed and sophisticated. Utilising soft earthy shades and textures for a soft natural style, Sophie has set her table with timelessness and ease of coordination in mind.
Featuring our Neva dining set, fancy florette placemats, Baltimore napkins in stone, and Hendrix cement candle holders, this spring table setting feels warm and natural with items that complement each other beautifully. Paired with the natural timber finish of her dining table and hanging wicker pendants, @locallovely’s table feels sun-drenched and relaxed like the perfect spring afternoon.
“Because there’s quite a lot of colour in our house, it’s nice to have a bunch of more neutral pieces that go with everything and complement anything you want to pile on top of it. I’ll be using all of the above for a long time to come.”

Find your own spring style
Whether you’re looking to create a table with pops of colour or warm and natural neutrals, there are a few guiding principles we like to follow when styling for spring.
Soft and sunny shades
It’s all about warmth! Coming out of winter, it’s so nice to create a style that is light, bright, and sunny for a feeling of freshness and rejuvenation.
Pops of colour
Spring ushers in new life and freshness, and what better way to allow this energy to flow through your home than with playful splashes of colour?
Natural details and textures
Grounding your spring styling with natural textures such as wood, wicker, and linen creates a sense of balance and warmth – particularly when paired with summery shades like blush and buttercup.
Whether this is just a sweet floral centrepiece on your table or an overarching theme that is echoed through your dining sets, servingware and napery, blooming flowers and botanicals are the ultimate way to celebrate the return of spring through your home décor.
